This is so not true. My 3 brothers and I all had measles it is very nasty and can cause all sorts of disabilities it is a very small percentage.My mother thought the opposite. In the 1980s she commented to a friend whose baby was continuously getting ear infections – they will stop once he gets the measles. They did. Coincidence , maybe?I don’t think mine forgot,I had a bad bout of measles as child, So far my immune system has worked fine..I even worked in a nursing home for 26yrs …Can’t say I caught anything.I do believe in vaccination no body wants that nasty virus.Completely the opposite actually. I had measles and now prob one the healthiest people I know and hardly ever ill as a child after it. Maybe people should go and read and listen to the significant number of research scientists now speaking out about this rather than BBC news who are heavily funded by the biggest pharmaceutical company who make billions of dollars from vaccines and therefore drive fear mongering.
